Added a playbook to provision instances for demo specific to AWS.

Created an “aws” sub-dir that contains all of the project files
specific to AWS. Use the top-level project generically and the aws
subdirectory for AWS.

Parameterized group names for LAMP haproxy example to support multiple inventory providers
Factored out specific host patterns e.g. "hosts: jboss"
Removed specific user declarations e.g. "user: root"
Removed specific references to "sudo"
