Causes permission problems

the setup is similar to the production servers

due to permission issues with socket file in Docker

They need to be started manually on the nhmmer machine

the key is override in local_settings.py in production

* update Angular from 1.3.11 to 1.5.5
* remove angular animate to minimise exposure to Angular changes. Also
the search is often faster than the animation itself.

* in entry descriptions
* if no matches in the description, show matches from publication
titles, if available
