Need to show 1 decimal point for sequence search stats otherwise the numbers are rounded and the results are misleading

Display full list of lncRNAdb entries on the database landing page instead of a sequence distribution graph because the number of entries is very small

Consolidate reference information in the Database model, display Pubmed links and dynamically retrieve abstracts on the expert database pages

Separate clob json database stats in a new table, which is only retrieved when necessary. This allows to avoid adding .defer() to many querysets and improves performance
