sphinx.ext.pngmath is deprecated, sphinx.ext.imgmath is a drop-in
replacement for it (its default output format is PNG and under the
bonnet both use dvipng), and we could now easily switch to SVG
output by passing '-D imgmath_image_format=svg' to sphinx-build.

Finally added the copyright statement on all source code files and the test to ensure it is kept up to date

The advantage is that sphinx now has the same behaviour as "make" regarding
the schema definition files, i.e. it only rebuilds the doc if they change.
There are no more files lying around.

This is equivalent to the walkthrough generator vizualize_jobs.t but it is
run on-the-fly when Sphinx runs. This can be useful to include arbitrary
diagrams in the manual.

This requires an extra python package

added css override to turn on line wrap inside table cells. Changed .gitignore to track override css files in _static
