cosmetic: not sure if we need this module to be around. The only purpose it currently serves is to muddy the waters when it comes to documentation.

big renaming of hive->worker, analysis_job->job, analysis_job_file->job_file, analysis_job_id->job_id, worker.beekeeper->worker.meadow_type, etc

all parts of the Hive system.  Allows one to have a single use/include
