psql was using /usr/bin/perl which is 5.14 even in the 5.10 test
environment. This should force psql to always follow the environment

The last lines contain the resource usage for each job. Instead, find the
line that introduces the overall statistics.

Without this option, Perl would create cover_db in the current directory,
which causes problems because some tests change the working directory
before running a script
