Avoid connecting to the database unnecessarily ($analysis->dataflow_rules_by_branch is cached and uses the collection)

Improved the regular expression from 8976871f. Now hides non-word characters too

Obviously there need to be a schema change too

Be careful: if your runnable generates too many messages, the database may not be able to store them all !

The element implements a list interface, which we should use instead of using its "children" property directly

Otherwise this causes some issues with Sphinx 1.6, because adding a child
node is more than just adding it to the list
