Disable git checkout depth limit for Travis builds. In some cases, setting a depth limit can exclude recent commits and tags

This time, the issue is that LSF runs the command within a shell which
substitutes the environment variables.  I need to prevent this by wrapping
the URL in single quotes. In fact, single quotes were used in beekeeper but
I did not notice them when refactoring beekeeper:

Avoid connecting to the database unnecessarily ($analysis->dataflow_rules_by_branch is cached and uses the collection)

Improved the regular expression from 8976871f. Now hides non-word characters too

Obviously there need to be a schema change too

Be careful: if your runnable generates too many messages, the database may not be able to store them all !
