We assume that the class has the same name as the file

There now is a process life-cycle on top of the job life-cycle

- incomplete() is actually not needed as the worker is using died_somewhere()
- autoflow() doesn't have to be set in ForeignProcess before the job starts

Analysis now has a "language" attribute that defines in which language
the runnable is implemented.
As a result, standaloneJob understands Python module names directly on
the command line. The language can also be specified in the PipeConfig
file.

Each language will register its wrapper under wrappers/
