analyze_tables added to re-enable disabled keys

adding a silent option (do not try to synchronize too much when the hive load is too high) and maximise_concurrency option (try to run as many concurrent analyses as possible instead of lots of jobs of one single analysis)

Method analysis->data added to retrieve data for an alysis object out of the analysis_data table
using the analysisDataAdaptor.

FIX BUG: When requesting a specific job, the job was re-run until until the workers had run jobs for at least MIN_BATCH_TIME

as change it to use ensembl-analysis breaks other dependencies.

ensembl-pipeline as the later has been declared obsolete and modules have
been removed from the repository.
