changes to make the filling out the meta_coord.max_length column on the fly work

external db's for flybase added

Bit of structure; will probably have this in OpenOffice format in future since it's turning into quite a complicated document.

changes to ensembl code to handle disconnecting databases properly - disconnect_all, checking for reconnection when doing do and prepare and finishing statement handles in generic_fetch

okay go back to original down load files for human refseq as this is now newer. May need to do similar for other species

small docfix in pod

add non-species specific go data file. If chicken goa found else where then replace this but i could not find it.
