use rusage to make sure there is enough disk space. lsrcp now uses ecs2c as the host machine for coping etc to protect NFS. Make sure number of jobs is greater than 1 else arrays dont like it

Do not copy via a specific host (as these now have a max 256 process per user limit). This may be slower than the direct use of a named host (with the nfs directly hanging of it) but will work

Use double-fork (not Open3) to communicate with LSF processes. More reliable and no quoting strangeness.

Bug fix: was calling options() rather than $self->options() and so getting the wrong set of options sometimes.

Exonerate output files now indude sequence type (dna or prot) to allow determination of what sort of Ensembl objects to link them to when building the object_xref table.

calculate_num_jobs now returns at least 1 job.
