Added ensembl_object() method to fetch appropriate gene, transcript or translation from database based on this search region's ensembl_object_type and ensembl_object_id.

Initial implementation of support for regions of the genome which were searched for regulatory features.

Extend type enum in regulatory_search_region to try to provide some future-proofing for CisRed changes.

Modify update() method to create a row in analysis_description if the analysis exists but doesn't have a description.
If there is already a description, it gets updated.
