Bug fix: is_known() was returning true if the transcript had a display_xref set, which is both incorrect and inconsitent with the is_known() method in Gene.pm. New behaviour is to return true if the transcript's status is KNOWN.

Added -notriage option to skip triage dumping.

had to add bind_param to keep a copy of the params used as ParamValues does not work. Also set it so that the SQL query printing could be turned on and off so that timimgs etc could be obtained for only those bits you are interested in. Hence new dump routine which switches this on and off

This script has been updated to extract the third column, the CGC_id, for use in as the display_label in xref table. Not all genes will have an entry in the 3rd column (see wormpep.table file).
