-verbose option added which also need to change run subroutine to get the file/s via a ref to and array then an array

of BaseParser so that the file name comes last.  This will soon allow
some parsers to accept more than one file at a time.

pipe.  Use the command line switch -compressed with xref_parser.pl to do
this.  The default behaviour (without the -compressed switch) is still
to uncompress gzipped files.

added summary at the end to make it clearer which parsers have failed etc. Each Parser now must retrun 0 for successfull completion and 1 for an error.

add synonyms from the dead names column. NOTE still need to get the Mapper routine to dump non primary xref synonyms

match only translation for hugo until mart can handle translations and transcripts. Transcript code commented out for now

Fixed bug that was causing a small number of HUGO xrefs to have null labels (hence xref displayed was numeric HGNC instead).
