Projects gene display_xref_ids (i.e. 'gene names') and descriptions from one species to another using homology information. Modifies text of projected names and descriptions to indicate that they're not from the base species

Replaced CVS keyword in meta schema_version with integer, to be consistent with new usage of this field.

Added ensembl_object() method to fetch appropriate gene, transcript or translation from database based on this search region's ensembl_object_type and ensembl_object_id.

Initial implementation of support for regions of the genome which were searched for regulatory features.
