Change a croak() into a carp().

These are parsed earlier in the pipeline and we should not add these
accessions as Xrefs, and we should only add direct Xrefs to them if they
exists since previously.

gene names will upset things (non-unique index entries for e.g. 'mio'
and 'Mio').

Does not yet do anything useful, only parses the lines and makes a fancy
data structure of each of them.

  Store the password in an anonymous subroutine that will return the
  password when invoked.  This will prevent the password from being
  accidentally displayed when using e.g. Data::Dumper on a structure
  containing one of these objects.
