Added an extra taxonomy id for S. cerevisiae as now EntrezGene for yeast is attached to the strain level

addition of RFAM_transcript_name and RFAM_gene_name and the same for miRBASE. changing of priorities for HGNC and MGI source

changed parsers as curated_trascriptParserhas now replaced HGNC_curated_transcriptParser and MGI_curated_transcriptParser

Added Aspergillus_fumigatus A1163 species, updated niger species entry, added SGD_GENE and SGD_TRANSCRIPT sources

use the registry to get the core and vega databses that way we dont have to remember to update this file for every release and changing the release number. You can still use the old way as well in case you have to, i.e. on different servers
