ENSWBSITES-747: reorder protein list when transcripts are ordered and move selected label accordingly when the transcripts are reordered (#444)

- Update CloseButton; replace ClearButton with CloseButton and remove ClearButton
- Rename story in Storybook (ClearButton -> CloseButton)

Migrate tests for components used on the GenomeBrowser page to react-testing-library.

* Add sample regulation stats for human and mouse

(This component is not used anywhere anyway at the moment,
but its types were broken after commit de06e80c)

Changed the Input component back to be entirely controlled by the props.

Migrated tests to react-testing-library for the following components:

- Root
- BrowserBar
- BrowserCog
- BrowserCogList
- BrowserImage
- BrowserLocationIndicator

Also, changed `addListener` and `removeListener` on MediaQueryList to `addEventListener`
and `removeEventListener`. `addListener` and `removeListener` are deprecated, and typescript
gets upset about them. The most problematic browser in this respect is Safari;
but it added addEventListener and removeEventListener in version 14.
