Also add shared components that are building blocks for AutosuggestSearchField:
- Input
- SearchField

- Slice the browser reducer into smaller reducers
- Separate reducers, actions et al into their own files for better maintenance
- Add api-service that contains the code for data fetching

Remove the `withNotes` decorator because it is:
- deprecated
- completely unnecessary (according to the docs, it's sufficient
  to just register the notes addon)

Merge branch 'master' into vizbi

- Add lodash (because we are loading it as a sub-dependency anyway, and it will make our life easier)
- Add the SpeciesSearchMatch element whose responsibility it is to markup the matched substrings in the search results
- Add tests for SpeciesSearchMatch

(Speeds up FF by about 10%).
