Browser scheduler

Feature/browser blackbox

Enable the link only when at least one species has been selected.
Disable the link when no species are selected.

1. time_sig auto-correlates.
2. projector has been deleted.
3. scheduled tasks are deletable.

Current defects:
1. time_sig doesn't auto correlate;
2. when it does projector needs to go;
3. needs documenting;
4. scheduler module needs separating into multiple files;
5. scheduled tasks need to be deletable.

Too confusing otherwise, it turns out!

Also included:
- InlineSVG component
- updates to api-service (now supports options to use the passed host and
  to avoid modification of the passed endpoint)

Feature/browser code tidy

* Add loading animation to browser
