To copy presentations for workshops into tsi-cc/Archived/static/ppt/resops2019

We saved presentations for dry-run under the subdirectory 'dryrun'. I have created three new subdirectories: 'workshop1', 'workshop2' and 'workshop3'. Please save presentations accordingly.
