Synchronize automatic cross references for local sources (Uniprot, GO, Metabolights)

The three sources mentioned in the above title have their sync files in the EBI SLURM Cluster, therefore they should be easier to synchronize into the chebi database than other ones comes from third party apis/ftp. We need to create the sync workflow for those source in the first place, thinking about extending it for other sources comes from different places to the EBI SLURM cluster.

• Synchronize Uniprot
• Synchronize GO (Delete all references from GO and run the synch process)
• Synchroize Metabolights
