Create Flat files

We need to implement the new generation process to include these flat files every release: https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/chebi/Flat_file_tab_delimited/

Based on the latest meeting, we are gonna export as CSV files the same tables we have in the chebi dumps.
