With the upgrade to RT Version 5.0.2 this does not work for me any more.
All RT tickets open the RT helper admin page, where I don't get the list of teammates any more, it just goes there by default but does not work.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
