Description
Patch test databases in the repository, using master branches of all relevant Ensembl repositories as of 10:00 today as source. This brings all test databases at hand to schema version 100.

Part of the release cycle.
Benefits
Brings test databases up to date, removes remaining discrepancies between API and DB-schema versions.
