WIP: Some suggestions

Suggestions are made in each commit and can thus easily be discarded.

Here are some other suggestions which aren't related to code:

  • Generally an eye-catcher figure on the repository is nice to have for reader. Figure 4 or Figure 5 from the manuscript could be added to the README to see visually see what SplineDist proposes over StarDist
  • A comprehensive notebook (combining the 3 different one) could be made accessible via Binder for visitors to explore and play with SplineDist.
  • Also add a nice icon for this project
