Include initial version of downloader

Carlos Andres Moreno Velez requested to merge downloader into dev

Include UNICHEM downloader for:

  • ChEBI
  • ChEMBL
  • Any other full-update source that uses UNICHEM specification file.

Now we are using .parquet files as the normalized format instead of tsv.
