updates the HTML for the jobs filters and more

Merged Stuart Robson requested to merge refactor/filtering into master

makes the filters use correct html structure and matches events use of grids and stacks

also adds an else statement for social images so if one is not provided (which is more often than not) a default logo card shows up - requested by Jodie Heigh.
