Use ensembl 97 and the nomerge database

  • SQL definition updated to match the human database
  • Version number set to 110
  • Some fixes which are redundant with master, the md5 sums are specified in the relevant commits

A normal loutre database and a nomerge database should work with this code In the server, an ensembl-branch-97 directory must be added to apps/webvm-deps with the ensembl repository at branch release/97
