Updated use of $HOME in message, replaced by $ENV{HOME} causing compilation error in script

perl ../ensembl-test/scripts/load_database.pl --curr_dir modules/t/ --species homo_sapiens_dump Global symbol "$HOME" requires explicit package name at ../ensembl-test/scripts/load_database.pl line 91. Execution of ../ensembl-test/scripts/load_database.pl aborted due to compilation errors.
