Removed ontology related sql definition

Description

Just removed the misc-scripts/ontology/ directory (moved to ols-ensembl-loader repo here: https://github.com/Ensembl/ols-ensembl-loader/pull/25)

Use case

We'll manage the patching / updating of ontology database schema from now on. Thank you.

Less work for Core team :-)
