CAZyme annotations on MAGs

* updates data model, importer, api, filters for first release of viral catalogues

* updates docs to remove mentions of host MAG from viral fragment

removes min_samples and min_animals filters from metadata marker listing endpoint; they cause slow full table scans (#8)
