refactor vf-blocks to use yaml and nunjucks where possible/sensible

* fixes an issue with the global-header

* fixes and alignment issue with the breadcrumbs

Update demo to use a real link in line with the contentHub behaviour.

tweak: vf-summary--has-image

Not all image lists have an image every time.

fix: embl-grid-and-breadcrumbs

Anticipates placement of breadcrumbs inside `embl-grid`

Use develop CSS

On deploy, some components were using the now-stale CSS.

* updates figure and logo to make use of | path correctly so it works

* Sneak in a fix for broken close on P tag

* Add dynamic sass imports

Use case: right now if a component isn't "installed" it _must_ be disabled in vf-core/index.scss

That adds a configuration step to customisation and means you can't really ever npm install vf-core unless you want to not add/remove components (which, you really should be customising)

So this idea uses gulp+node as a middle layer to see what components are installed and then ignores them in `vf-core/index.scss` if they're missing.
