Added format types to POST endpoints

We reliased that we were looking on the live website which pointing at e91, hence, not displaying some of the changes. The doc should be more clearer now

added new REST endpoint /phenotype/gene/:species/:gene

Support new VEP option for ambiguity codes

The /info/comparas endpoint returns the version of the compara database, not the core database. Improves durability of testing to release changes.

Also, default to group 'travis_lts' so that we get the option of
a stable, long-term support image, see:
