no clone coordinate system in mouse exists in the new assembly, don't project to clone for mouse either

Fixed an inappropriate method of getting species aliases and changed a couple of lines to be more direct.

First draft of revised projections. Exclusions in place for inappropriate mammalian traits on birds and reptiles. Also platypus.

Awaiting GOA full blacklist of undesirable projections.

Removed fish from GO terms projections. Also double-checked order of execution code and added some explanatory comments.

Execution order now defined in an array, and species pairs now defined through a hash.

If it was already a test db we were dumping then the user and test_db prefix got added onto the species name.

Removed synonym data source. MGI have combined the data into the single file. Note: Used to be a bulky SQL download, now just Tab-separated.

Adding the xref schema changes from core. I've done a cursory glance through the xref code. Looks like all inserts should be ok
