Assign projected xrefs to genes, transcripts or translations depending on what type of object other xrefs of this type are assigned to.

no extra data obtained from MIM file compared to the refseq/uniprot so removed for neatness and less things to go wrong.

MIM should be downloadable. Most xrefs are obtained via the refseq files but still parse to get more info

Small typo with serious effects i.e. should be Gene not gene etc. Now fixed as used as keys for hashes in the mapper

ncRNA noew considered part of xref system so special case checks removed. Also only check for external_db's that are in the the xref system

added summary at the end to make it clearer which parsers have failed etc. Each Parser now must retrun 0 for successfull completion and 1 for an error.

option -checkdownload added

option -delete_external_db added to delete all entries in external_db table before
new upload. only works if -upload is speciefied as well
