running correctly for a while.

exon table.

file, to the meta table with the key 'OBO_file_date'.  Also store the
file name and the load date with key 'OBO_load_date'.

Add a boolean command line flag -t/--truncate.  Using this flag will
truncate (empty) the various tables before loading data into them.

seq_edits processed on seq_regions. A cache of regions are made on creation of the adaptor, this hash is then used for fast testing to see if any seq_edit are needed for a given seq_region

relationships in an ensembl_ontology_NN database.  So far only tested
with GO data.
