Added database scripts drop_ensembl and get_tables

Added overlap_test which tests VirtualContig and ContigOverlap

Change the contig used in DB.t for testing overlaps

to get rid of those nasty hashes.

Obj deletes ContigOverlaps when clone is deleted.
Obj also writes ContigOverlaps using the new object/schema
RawContig loads Overlaps using the new schema

Made VirtualContig.pm compile again (changed postion to position), replaced $exon->contig_id with $exon->seqname in SeqContigDraw.pm

get_all_ContigOverlaps put in clone

instead of taking a type string

VirtualContig had stupid bug in is_truncated

altered defaults in transfer.t All tested and working

Gene2flat now has -webdump option which creates a directory for the dump files
and also when printing out errors writes the clone in which the gene is

Not the prettiest way to do it but it works.

added ExternalFeature support, in DB interfaces and DBSQL Obj and RawContig. Compiles ok, but I have not tested the ExternalFeature code itself

When converting feature coordinates converts sub_SeqFeature coordinates as well.
