Remove precompiled binaries and related files

The repository contains precompiled version of samtools, seqtools, zmap and the Perl module CryptX. The former we possibly do not even need any more, the latter are all installed externally now. This PR attempts to get rid of both precompiled binaries and other, non-binary parts of these packages.
