interim fix for start coord not 1 (RT 148110) **STILL HAS BUGS**. Also include crash fix for 'a' key with no features selected

Why is it that bugs like this are the smallest diffs?
remove needless call to FullReposition, as RequestReposition is called by it, and again only a few lines later in this function!
