Fix RT ticket #57193

add a doc comment or two

Locked scroll bars out of sync when V-split

- fix for missing drawing @ high zoom factors (> 1.0)
- include all properties in "get" function

actually invoke allocate callback
added some checks/warnings for return values of callbacks

fix bug in blixem reading multiple cols of matches. Fix display of transcripts with/without CDS for dna matches.

just thought it looked better than centered.
