fix bug in user generated resize of zmap window which caused faulty resizing of scroll bar window but also wrong top/bottom borders for window.

sure lace needs this for  when it runs dotter, although the formatiing
will be  wrong.  Might be nice to  be able to specify  a format string
somehow (probably .ZMap/ZMap somewhere).

set initial zmap window size according to screen size. Add tooltips to status bar. plus other cosmetic changes.

better clean up.

assertion `GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed when quitting.

Cause. The Menubar item callback was not the same as the gtk_signal_connect() callback.

Fix small buglet in closing the last window of a view when there are multiple views in one ZMap window.
