change code to _copy_ styles for feature sets and features from the context style list rather than point to them.

fixed bug #5742 (crash - resize window before it displays first time)

make sure styles are added to feature sets. Add code to support use of radio buttons for bump options.

  this hopefully fixes issue where there is
  no window id.
- if main window is *not* shown and the last
  zmap is closed the whole app exits.

- window isn't realised in the handler (wtf!)
