fix bug in user generated resize of zmap window which caused faulty resizing of scroll bar window but also wrong top/bottom borders for window.

sure lace needs this for  when it runs dotter, although the formatiing
will be  wrong.  Might be nice to  be able to specify  a format string
somehow (probably .ZMap/ZMap somewhere).

set initial zmap window size according to screen size. Add tooltips to status bar. plus other cosmetic changes.

better clean up.

Cause. The Menubar item callback was not the same as the gtk_signal_connect() callback.

changed the focus_item (FooCanvasItem *) to focusItemSet (GList *) in the window struct
