Replaced XrefParser::BaseParser with self. Lots of parameters changes, going from list to hash based parsing for easy maintainance

-verbose option added which also need to change run subroutine to get the file/s via a ref to and array then an array

of BaseParser so that the file name comes last.  This will soon allow
some parsers to accept more than one file at a time.

pipe.  Use the command line switch -compressed with xref_parser.pl to do
this.  The default behaviour (without the -compressed switch) is still
to uncompress gzipped files.

added summary at the end to make it clearer which parsers have failed etc. Each Parser now must retrun 0 for successfull completion and 1 for an error.
