Added code to delete names/GO terms if the -delete_only option is specified. Added code to check whether
-registryconf is submitted as a string from the submit_projections.pl script or as a file on the command
line.

Use the translations of the _canonical_ transcripts of the source and target genes as the source of GO terms to project, rather than simply the longest translation in each, which was a bit arbitrary and didn't alway work.

Also make the print option for GO term projection a bit more verbose - aids debugging.

Skip projection of genes from sources with "clone" in the db name - should stop mouse clone names being projected to rat & kangaroo rat.

Set gene description to NULL and status back to KNOWN_BY_PROJECTION when deleting previously-projected xrefs.

Skip genes that are listed in Compara but aren't in the relevant core databases. Shouldn't be necessary in production runs but makes testing with previous Compara versions easier.

Now use load_registry_from_db() as well as spcifying settings in config file. Should mean that only Compara has t be defined in conf file.

Don't project if a GO term with the same accession, but IEA evidence code, exists, as this will lead to duplicates when the projected term has its evidence code changed to IEA after projection

Added ability to project (apparent)one2many orthologs as well. Multiple targets are labeled "1 of 2", "2 of 2" etc

No longer mandatory to specify compara database on command-line; will use first one defined in registry file if not specified on the command line.
