made dbID, adaptor settable via constructor; made it possible to unset attributes by modifying getter/setters

modified unique constraint on stable_id_event, this was added previously on branch but lost during seqstore merge

fixed some deprecated b/w compatibility methods which were broken due to changed toplevel definition

New method takes a slice and splits it into smaller slices with overlaps. e.g $slices=split_Slice($slice,1e6,1e5)

fetch_all now takes two DIFFERENT arguments. size and overlap have now been removed and replaced with include_non_reference and include_duplicates. SEE Urils/Slice for info on spliting slices

corrected bug in Slice::subseq which did not correctly obtain sequence when slice sequence was manually loaded

Some refactoring so more stats can be kept and transcripts can be split. WIP, currently non-functional.
