Removed some Slice overridden get_all_(Feature) methods since features/slices spanning the origin of replication are handled the corresponding feature adaptor

Modified the enum on object_xref from 72->73 patch c and the redump
re-did some data. Such as choosing a different encoding for some very
small values. All changes are small though.

Removed methods get_all_(Genes|Transcripts|Exons|Attributes) which weren't doing the correct thing in case of slices and features spanning the origin of replication

[ENSCORESW-550]. Made the pipeline run on the new farm infrastructure by editting memory requirements.

The original version had memory requirements in KB. New farm infrastructure says we
specify in MB. This is good so now all memory requirement params are all in the
same order of magnitude. The final collection job now specifies its memory
requirements. This is a good thing again. Currently this is set to 5MB.

Introduced a new method to supply a proper DBAdaptor for when we're not writing raw SQL copies everywhere.

Xref->db isn't actually an ensembl dba as per convention, it's actually an Xref special object. Trying to spin up an adaptor manually.
