use the #defines for item G_OBJECT keys

#defines for item G_OBJECT keys

and added zMapFeatureCreateFromStandardData

which will be read instead of  config file. If str is NULL config file
is read.

add app. exit callback to controls callbacks interface. add calls to control gui state, buttons etc. and code to show zmap state.

put revcomp strand record in view. Make first part of improvements to state to implement stop/reload of views.

remove revcomp strand, wrong place for it. Add subpart to item data so we know if something is an exon or whatever.

remove recomp stuff to view. Add function to see if window is locked to another. Make sure exon/intron coords reported in status line. Improve destroy of windows.
